Derogatory term for replicant or android used in the 1982 Ridley Scott movie "Blade Runner", starring Harrison Ford and Rutger Hauer, based on the novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?", by Philip K. Dick. Think of all the mean-spirited epithets humans have ever flung at each other all rolled into one.

A term used by White Supremacists to describe people who avoid overt displays of White Supremacist and anti-semitic beliefs to blend into society, often with the intent infiltrate law enforcement agencies and other institutions of power so they can covertly advance White Supremacist causes.
This term was reported on in a 2006 FBI report on White Supremacist infiltration of law enforcement in the US.

Two officers were fired in Williamson County, Texas after they were discovered to be Ghost Skins. Officers David Gay and Greg Palm were fired after it was discovered that they were members of the Klu Klux Klan who had worked their way up the chain of command in their departments. They were only found out to be members of the KKK after they were reported by another officer for asking him to join the hate-group.
