Generation Z, abbreviated as Gen Z or colloquially as Zoomers. It is typically defined as anyone born between 1996 and 2010.
Gen Z is one of the most controversial and hated generations, but also one of the most progressive generations. Most Gen Z people generally value individual choice and freedom over conformity. This is probably why the other generations cry like little pissbabies that don't understand that others have different world views.
Gen Z parents generally take a different, more open parenting style, allowing their children to develop their identity independently.

Crybabies with no social skills or work ethic. Their parents never disciplined them; they have been spoiled. Very fragile people. They cry to the authorities whenever they have a problem with someone, rather than be assertive and successfully resolving issues with people. A common, passive-aggressive revenge tactic of their is to ruin their reputation when they are a very safe distance away from them, rather than confronting them. They are the coworker who will often call out "sick" because they are in a bad mood, or hungover; can't handle stress; have to be micromanaged every second. They are not prepared to deal with the real world where they have to work with people who are different than them.
Don't hire Gen Z. They will either show up to work late or not at all. They want to have all their weekends off so they can drink and do stupid, degenerate activities in parking lots on weekend nights, or complete level 100 for their favorite video game. At work, they will stand around, goofing off on their phones, ignoring your customers. They will complain to HR if you raise your voice at them for being not productive. They will begin to cry when they're stressed out.

A stare or gaze when a person, usually a millennial or older, seems to lack basic knowledge and understanding, and may have a sense of entitlement. The look usually gives off “Hoe, you can’t be serious?” “Are they being for real?” “Girl…what??” and varies from person to person, but is distinguishable.
Are the pork ribs halal?”
Gen Z Stare…
“Why is there cheese on my cheeseburger??”
Gen Z Stare…
“Can I make the bean soup without beans??”

People born between the years 2004 and 2011
Started school during the Obama administration and also after the end of the Great Recession (meaning they either don't remember it or weren't alive during it), started middle school before the AI boom, graduated high school in a post-Covid world but still within the 2020s decade, spent a majority of their childhood post-Iraq War but pre-Covid (the peak is one's 8th birthday), they're more nostalgic over the 2010s over the 2000s for that reason, etc.

Gen Z 2.0 is a different breed from Gen Z 1.0
For example, while ALL of Gen Z 1.0 can actually remember a decent amount of the 2000s (or even all of it in the case of it's older members), Gen Z 2.0 either can't remember it or wasn't alive during it (depending on when they were born).
