I would consider a dumpy mofo to be a person who is not only a mother fucker (mofo) but also quite dumpy. HOWEVER a dumpy mofo does not have to be on welfare or techinacally fuck a mother. A dumpy mofo is someone who is quite grubby and for embellishment you add mofo at the end.

You never leave the house anymore since you get food stamps now you dumpy mofo.

Dumpy Grimbo

A vehemently evil creature of uncertain origin, but thought to have emerged from the swamps of Southern Indiana. Known for burning down Walgreens on odd numbered streets within northwestern Wyoming.
