A pain inside that is so unbearable. It hurts like hell and makes you wonder why you are alive. You tell people you're okay, when really you're not. You try to find alternatives to this feeling, but you can't find one. You start to do self-harm because it's better than feeling depressed. You push family and friends. You want to find someone to hug and hold, but you push people away. Running away and self-harm feel like the only antidote. Depression is one of main cause of suicide. You feel like there's no one there and no one cares. Depression is like living in hell, in a fire pit. You feel like your having a heart attack. You are so hurt that you start to not care about emotions. You start to forget how to feel other emotions.
Person 1: "Are you okay?"

depression
depression is... how should i put it.. it is basically impossible to understand it unless you have been through it yourself. but depression is like getting stabbed, every time something bad happens you feel as though you have been stabbed, and as those stab wounds build up you no longer have the energy to even try to take care of them... eventually most of them get infected and begin slowly killing you, eventually everyone around you gives up trying to help for the stab wounds have become to infected anyway. there is no healing from that. and even if there is it take more effort then most are able to input.

Depression
Is feeling like no one understands you anymore and how you feel. When you put a smile on your face and if someone asks you say " I'm fine" when really your screaming inside. The feeling feels like it will never go away and keeps getting worse. Often depression can lead to someone crying themselves to sleep in the darkness or losing passion for someone or something they used to love. It's hard to let people in when you feel like this but just know that you are not alone.

Being depressed is feeling unloved, feeling useless and a waste of space. People who are depressed usually hurt themselves in whatever way they can. Or kill them self.
