The Darklings

Those who follow The Darkness. They are not strictly those who retreat into depression or like all things black. I would say the darklings are for the most part a happy bunch, so happy, in fact, that they enjoy the company of those who do have one color palette.

Ted says he became a darkling by accident one day, when raking leaves. A sudden whim came over him to split-jump over the leaf pile. He did, and, staring into the mustard-colored yellow leaves he saw that he, like the little maple leaf, was now part of a bigger thing. "the darklings!" he whispered, face towards the sky, "the darklings!"

Darleene is a bubbly and fun girl to be around. She is daring and is always up for a good adventure. She loves to read books about zombies. She has a small circle of friends that are also similar in character as her. Darleene is petite and very cute. She is very musically inclined and loves the flute. Although she is a very last minute person and plans everything at the last minute, she somehow still manages to make everyone come. She loves dogs and can spend her whole day just playing with them.

In school, she is quiet but not afraid to stand up for her friends if they are in need of any help. Although she is very noisy around her friends and tends to annoy them, she always finds a way to make them happy with her small and funny jokes that soon become hilarious inside jokes.

You can trust Darleene with anything. From your deepest darkest secret to your super precious phone. She is very trustworthy and honest. Loyal and outgoing. Once you have her trust, do not break it or it will take a long time to get it back. Once you are her friend, stay with her and keep by her side and she will always be there for you no matter what.

Overall, she is cute, funny, petite, crazy and a super fun person to be around. Everyone out there in the world should have a Darleene in their lives.
