He (or she) is known to be emu instead of emo. The account is based off of Pete Wentz back in 2007 when he was still sporting his emo look. The account was established on August 27th, 2013. Since the account was made, it became popular with many bandoms across Twitter and cartoon parody accounts for the rest of the members of Fall Out Boy and other bands/band members were made.
