An updated, shortened version of an older English greeting. The 17th century "What cheer?" became "Wotcher?" with assorted spelling (bein' 'as 'ow it's spoken English)

Wother 

The waxy substance that drips off of eyelashes after you have eaten too many peaches. Often noticeable on people with high cholesterol. Makes the eyelashes seem bunched up or chunky.
