Sometimes a werble is a link between nitros oxide and the cosumer being the percolater run in between the valved tank of nitros oxide and the person taking the hit off glass tube bent in the shape of an L, with the elbow holding the oils. Werbling can be done in a waterpipe fashion as well with the glass oil pipe in the place of the screened bowl of your average waterpipe.
