Means swear to god. Every Somali says it this way. You won’t find a Somali saying it wallah. Instead of wallahi. But however there are Arabs who say wallah and words like yallah. Arabs have adopted into say it into this way even though we already have a way authobillah💀But Somalis have changed it with an hi at the end the same way the changed the name abdullah to abdullahi at the end. I bet if they heard the word yallah they would change it into yallahi😭😭

Basically making you speak the truth when something doesn’t feel like honesty.
And if you lie and say wallahi...WALLAHI you’re finished , a one way ticket to hell.

This word means a lot of things, it is from the dialect of the Somali people of the horn of africa. It can mean when you are feeling angry, when you are teasing your friend, when your sad, when your happy, or even when that canjeero is too good so you had to put wallahi in front of it.
