A state of sadness, Extremely emotional. On the verge of tears.

Today when I was walking down the road I saw a dog get hit by a car, and I suddenly became extremely verclempt and started to cry. My tears stained my shirt, and then I took it off and threw it at a car.

Blowing up a UPS, a power supply or a video card while actually trying to fix them can be called 'verconstantmakken'. It is named after a famous Dutchman who has a rich history of blowing up PC hardware, power supplies are his specialty.
