This is generally a term which is used to express the excitement when you feel amazing about something or someone

Vaoo is a spelling used by people who are illiterate. Usually the people using this term try to show off their English speaking skills (which they do not have, obviously) to woo the girls.

Boy : Vaoo! what a beautiful weather
