A Twitteran can be 1 of 2 things those two things being a Stereotypical Twitter User who typically tries to, cancel anything they dislike as sexist raceist or transphobic, tries to argue about littary anything, and logic usually just doesn't make sense. The 2nd Version Is Somone Who just averagely Uses Twitter Like a Normal person not doing anything from the previous definition

TWITTERVENTION

A Twittervention the act of confronting someone who goes overboard with their status updates on social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace, when it would be more appropriate to use a social messaging site such as twitter, or a blog. In some cases, it may be necessary to consult a trained twitterventionalist, and be prepared to give the ultimatum to revoke their friend status if their addiction is not addressed.

Jim: Angela updates her Facebok status so much I can’t stand it. I told her about Twitter but she just would not listen so I blocked her updates.
Ben: Blocking isn’t going to help. We have to stage a Twittervention.
