Troon is a derogatory term for trans people, generally trans women. Incel is a term for a member of an online community of young men who consider themselves unable to attract women sexually. Trooncel combines the two words.

The Trokon often also believes he is white, and makes many MANY racist black jokes against himself. But he gets away easily doing this, as he has the appearance of being an African-American.
