Republicans haved employed in the United States a means to sway public opinion. They use a DoD tactic called Perception Management. See Wikipedia Listing "Perception Management". They have employed this tactic on Democrats that "sit on the fence" come time to vote. Thereby flipping votes and deceptively becoming Totalitarian. Thusly the name totalitarian-elephant. They are truly "Reds".
Those totalitarian-elephants, using Perception Managment, have virtually flipped the US voters to Republicans.
