A very spiteful and angry person who is very good at articulating just how much they hate you

Man, that guy was a toothman, he sent me a huge message saying,"I shall rend thy flesh from thy body just as night rend light from day. Your sanity will wane as the moon, day by day, night by night. Your mind shall become as blank as a shadow, the only imperfections being your memory of your mistake. You will not forget, for I shall remind you every waking and retiring moment of every day my humiliation. I will engrave your mistake into you, your flesh as the paper, your blood the ink, and your eternal suffering the pen. Your life, if it could even be called life rather than prolonged demise, shall consist of suffering and reminding, blank from all else. Even if God has mercy on your soul, I will not, for under my caring hand, your very soul shall diminish and be destroyed, if it doesn't leave your body to preserve itself." All I did was say he needed some acne cream.
