Noun: A physically undesirable woman. She usually emerges from her place of dwelling (usually a cave) to attend parties in the hopes that they will hook up with a guy too drunk to realize how terrible she is. Terribles are usually are a breed of nuthugger, who will latch onto one intoxicated man in particular and will strike without warning.

Calling someone a terrible is funny because it uses an adjective as a noun.

A lot of people use Terrible in a good way. Which means "Cool", "Awesome", "Good", "Great" Usually saying it in a GOOD tone, not a that sucks tone

A phrase often used by StarCraft II lead designer Dustin Browder while commentating Battle Reports for the game.

StarCraft community members have adopted the phrase, using it to describe their reaction to anything that is mind-blowing, hilarious, shocking or downright insulting.

It has also (jokingly) been proposed as a StarCraft II cheat code.

"The banelings roll in and - OH, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE DAMAGE as they explode into those marines!"
