Skeetosis

Skeetosis is a variation of the famous "ketosis diet," in a regular ketosis diet a person will intake a high amount of healthy proteins, a high amount of healthy fats and very low amounts of carbohydrates. The diet mimics aspects of starvation by forcing the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates. In Skeetosis, you intake high amounts of protein and fats by eating at places such as McDonald's, Burger King, Jack-n-the-Box and Chik-Fil-A but only eating the burger patties and disposing of the bread. It also includes heavy alcohol consumptions of beer at Maggies pub on Tuesdays. The "Motto" behind the diet is, eat big, lift big and i you will get results. The diet is a noobs diet in the sense that it gives an excuse to binge and not to ever really see any results. The diet also is against any forms of Cardio because it is believed to hinder gains before shedding any body fat.

Angel: "Hey Josh have you had any results since you started ketosis."
Josh: "No i haven't lost any weight since i started, my diet includes a lot of meat patties from fast food places and some drinking during the week."
Angel: "No wonder, thats not Ketosis, thats Skeetosis."

A respectable indie artist with a sweet, unique voice. Has the ability to amze youngsters all around.

Regina Spektor's song "Us" is truely refreshing to hear after all the crappy emo mainstream songs.

Regina Spektor

The best singer ever. Such a beautiful voice, it has the power to mend the most shattered of broken hearts. Regina sings about life, and her characters. Her music isn't limited to her own experiences, and her own life, but rather like a true poet, Regina the poet and Regina's characters are *not* one in the same.

Regina Spektor takes extremely depressing topics and sings them in upbeat and quirky tones. An example being "Dance Anthem of the 80's" Regina sings about an adolescent girl whose life has been consumed by sex, to the point where it is all she really knows. Another example is "Chemo Limo" which has a chorus sung so fast it doesn't even sound like English anymore, yet the song is about a mother who has been diagnosed with cancer. Regina's upbeat tone in these songs emphasizes grief in what they're about.

All in all, Regina Spektor is amazing. She is a fine artist, and in my opinion, the best artist that has ever made music in the alternative genre, and-- also in my opinion-- in any genre.

Oh my God, I have fallen in love with Regina Spektor. Love love love love love. I love her.

speedo

A proper and very common swimming costume favoured by people young and old worldwide, except in the United States. The speedo-style suit is form-fitting, which allows for better control in the water, faster drying, and more comfort. Since Europeans, Asians and Brazillians don't obsess over penis size or automatically associate speedos with homosexuality the way Americans do, people of all shapes and sizes can wear them while swimming without ridicule.

I wanted to wear my speedo while in Texas, but I was afraid of being laughed at, beaten up and ostracized by the culturally bereft locals.
