When the squad at the afters are one bicycle kick to a wall painting away from losing the plot entirely. The state where it would be better to be sick and sleeping from indulgence, rather than awake, but barely clinging to coherence & reality.

Typical Soppy hours are 3:00am - 6:00am Sunday morning, but other days of the week have been known to display Soppy-leaning tendencies.
