When you desperately have to take a shit, but despite squeezing your butt cheeks together as tight as possible, you just don't make it to the bathroom in time.

I had to crap so bad on my way home from work, I ran into a gas station, but ended up having a shitcident before I could even get my fucking pants down. How embarrassing!

Not neccesarily to shit one's self, a Shitcident is when you nearly make the toilet but you fling some shit from your ass as you sit and later have to clean it up.

I had someone waiting on me in the lobby but I had a shitcident when I got to the room and I had to make them wait an extra 5.
