On My Shit

When someone is watching your every move and judging negatively possibly making comments on every small detail. Often unnecessary criticism. Or when someone is watching you closely like they are waiting for you to make a mistake.

I was at work today and my boss was watching me noticing every little thing. Like I left my project a mess for five minutes because i had to use the bathroom and he just had comment on my uncleanliness then when we got really busy i forgot to put boxes away and he was right there to remind me then i swear he was stalking me on my break to make sure i didn't take one minute extra. He was on my shit today!

My mother in law was over today and every time she talked to me it was a comment about my silly piercings, stupid tattoos, or crazy hair. She was on my shit!
