Urban College Educated Black Women. It often denotes a "Prestigious," "Royal," or "Haughty," persona amongst African American Women. This term grew in prominence in the Late 80s - Early 90s with the rise of personalities like Queen Latifah, Dee Barnes, & others. The Term has created a rift amongst Black Men who grew up with Women that took pride in this term. Often seen these Women'
s hypocritical behaviors and choices in partners as signs these Women aren't that dignified.
