New word I just invented Requestion - A request you want to make but may need to clarify with a question first.

I need to make a change but I have a requestion first.

requestion 

A request that you do something, but doing it is formed as a pseudo question--often by a figure of authority--that's really a statement. (BTW--requests from your girl/boy friend in such a manner don't count; that's called rhetoric).

Scene: in an all-department meeting; your name is Beauchamp
The requestion...
Your boss: Beauchamp, could you put together an outline of every promo event from last year by tomorrow?

You: think WTF?!

A blend of a request and a question. It occurs when someone asks for information while simultaneously demanding or expecting an action to be taken.

“Hey quick requestion can you fix the router and tell me what happened?”

An intentionally ambiguous adjective that appears to clarify whether or not something is required but results in confusion and the potential for an inappropriate result.

Wearing short skirts at your new job is completely requoptional.
