Real Man 

A true man can best be described as rugged and that does not have any fears. A man has a good deal amount of knowledge about tools, cars, the outodoors, knows how to act around women by being a gentlemen, but is not always serious and can have fun with them. Men financially provide for others and themselves and are overall responsible. Men are clean, well groomed, and can have a very short beard to portray that image of ruggedness. True men do not think about themselves. They do not always think about sex. They stand up for what they believe, take responsibility for their actions, help others, they are self confident, physically stong and in shape, have a sense of humor, generous, honest, and are considerate. They provide a sense of security. Men are brave and do not need to show off for their friends nor do their sway their opinions because of their friends. Now even if you are biologically a man, this does not mean you fit my definition of all the components of what a real man is.

A "Real Man" would be like the Brawny paper towel mascot. He has that image of outdoors, strength, confidence, and ruggedness, but what about his character?

Real Man 

When people tell a male he must act more like a "real man," what they mean is he should not act like a woman. Society sees women as inferior beings.

The term is often correctly labeled as sexist, but incorrectly labeled as misandry.

A "real man," is typically used towards heterosexual men who do not embody behaviors projected onto females by society, including submissiveness, nagging, complaining, weakness, or fragility.

"Women always say guys should act like, "real men." That's female privilege."

Real man 

A word used by an idiotic male or an oblivious female.
Normally it means to be: Appealing to the qualities of a stereotypic joke, ignoring emotion, ignoring their female counterpart as a human and more as a sex toy.

In all actuality, a "real man" doesn't have to describe themselves and call themselves a real man. They prove it by being a good natured person.

Now this doesn't mean to be a "real man" you have to be perfect just don't be a dick or a prick or any ick words, and don't pertain to stereotypic cliched males.

Real Man 

A stereotypical term used by people when they mean to say "human with good qualities". In fact, these people make no sense, since a woman can have good qualities too.
Also used to manipulate insecure men.
Instead, this term should be used to describe a man with masculine qualities. Recommended especially when having sex because it can be a real turn-on and won't be taken seriously.

Person: Do what I want
Man: No
Person: You're not a real man

Incorrect use #2
Woman: I want a real man, someone who takes care of me, who does this, who does that blah blah blah.

Correct use
Straight woman/Gay man: Be a real man and fuck the shit out of me.
