An editor of UD, not to be confused with the uneffective Anti-Cheat program. PunkBuster is busting the punks that try to make UD a terrible place as we speak.

PunkBuster

PunkBuster is an online anti-cheating protection software for known games Counter Strike, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, and other games with online capabilities.

While the sole purpose is to disable cheats, hacks, and botting on selected servers, PnkBstrA and PnkBstrB executables can lag some machines majorly. However, it still fits to execute its intended role.

PunkBuster was right for me. When we mean NO BOTS, we MEANT NO BOTS! Now my server is a play-fair server that everyone loves to log on to!

I just hope my friend's sorta-slow computer doesn't lag because of PnkBstr Processes. After all, he only has 512MB RAM.
