pubstomp

verb. When an organized team of friends/clan members plays against a team of "pubs" - random people who join a public server.

The game is typically very one sided, despite the games being created under the false impression that it is going to be 'fair'.

Can apply to any team-oriented game, but the term is likely to have originated in DotA.

Can also be used as a noun, whereby the events described above occurs.

"Lets go pubstomp some noobs. I'll host"

"5v5 noobs only. nothing suss"

old school purist

One who is dedicated to the original and best version of various things. One who is not swayed in any way by trends, fads, styles, etc. of things. One who insists on high quality and is not interested in cheap knockoffs. One who detests all things that are inferior, even though these inferior things are hyped and promoted by the mainstream.

An old school purist who games would insist on playing the Original Dungeons & Dragons instead of all the later developed cheap imitations of the real thing.

Player who is the "star" in a public server of an online game. Frequently has highest score and best killratio.

Fred: Damn, that guy killed my entire team, THRICE!
Jack: Yep, he's a pubstar.

Clan_Guy: That pubstar just noobified my entire clan.

A person who is obsessed with his/her own pubes as well as other living creatures' pubes. Draws pleasure from the removal of pubes with nair and/or by manual pluckage.

I was trimming my pubes and Teresa the pubester came in, collected the pubies off the floor and made a pillow to snuggle with out of them.
