Pricknet

A man who doesn't quite fill out his speedo. So a small prick causes underbulging and leaves unused material in the swim shorts. It usually is caused by either smaller genitals or a misconception of your own size or egomania, thereby causing a purchase of a size too large. This is an issue as it appears to not be a tight package.
