silly people that are funny, and smell like shit; or someone that you like as a friend, but don't want to offend them by telling them they smell like shit. Poopity-loops don't usually take showers and shove small animals up their butt to clean the acumulitive cum stains out of their ass

It is a word that can be used in many situations for example: "caleb, you are the poopity-loops dogg." or "You are my poopity-loops."
