A nickname given to a person who can party all night and does some of the most fucked up things you can think of. Pooballers can drink more then any other person at the party. They do the most insane drugs yet are not addicted.

A Pooballer is a sucky pitcher in baseball for the opposing team that is either throwing really slow or just sucks dick. Striking out against a Pooballer will result in uncontrollable laughter and humiliation.
