Permutilation

Permutilations are all of the different ways you can modify a meme to deviate from the original formula to tell new jokes.

Whereas the permutations of a meme are all the different jokes you can tell with it, the permutilations of a meme are the ways you can fundamentally change the structure of the meme in order to change the types of jokes you can tell with it.

I created a new permutilation of the three-headed dragon meme by changing it so that it has two panels, one with the serious head and one with the silly head.
