Someone who is addicted to the popular property search site so much so that they cannot function in other areas of life. Addicition can become so strong that the subject may forget to work or start to experience strange bald patches induced by short periods away from screen ie. when server down or when travelling.

That Martin is a right espc-ophile he hasn't done any work for 2 weeks now.

Slang for swedish paedophile. First coined in 1998 by Carl Thomson, member of the labour cabinet, after he resigned due to alcohol problems.

Carl Thomson's Friend: "The opposition is probably a swedish paedophile."
