Created back in March 2011 by TaroNuke, Not In The Groove is a fork of OpenITG, which is a fork of Stepmania, with the intent of being able to make it easier for mod file creators to implement their ideas, while preserving compatibility with Stepmania and In The Groove files. It has created a community dedicated to making mod files, even creating a tournament called the United Kingdom Sight Reading Tournament, having 9 installments in the series so far, with UKSRTX coming in the horizon.

Noti gang is what stupid little middle schoolers comment on famous people’s posts like 1 second after they post it because they have notifications on for when they post then all the other stupid little cunt ass bitches who have notifications on because they don’t have anything better to do in their lives all like that persons comment so it’s one of the top comments and it adds nothing of value it’s just a symbol of their failure to find a better pastime

A comment on a YouTube video made by some needy person who hasn't grown up yet. The person does it for attention from the YouTuber and others or they do it because they are just plain stupid. Normally it is both.

Puerto Rican Eviction Notice

When the police show up at a Puerto Rican woman husband's workplace to inform him his wife filed a restraining order against him. The husband is informed by the police that he is to not have any contact with his wife or go near his home. He may only return to pick up his possessions with a police escort.

It does not matter the race or ethnic background of the husband only that his wife is Puerto Rican. This is usually a ploy to get the husband out of the house and force him to pay his soon to be ex-wife's living expenses while she shacks up with the brother of her husbands friends ex-wife. Then she files for divorce.

A friend of Julio's ex-wife brother's been banging Julio's wife so he got a Puerto Rican eviction notice.
