Spectacular, fabulous, extraordinary. The Titanic was a ship of monovelance which the aristocrats of that era were all about monovelant things and events. The Grammy Awards just don't have the monovelance or the pageantry they used to.

The Macys Thanksgiving Parade used to be one of the most monovelant events in NYC.
