"The Miss America" is a set-up surprise pose where a man removes his pants and underwear and tucks his dong ,(balls and all) in between his legs and stands with his knees pressed against each other while placing one hand either over his heart patriotically, or pressed to his cheek in an overwhelmingly surprised manner while using his other (slightly cupped) hand to perform the traditional beauty pageant wave...to unsuspecting buddies and those annoying door to door assholes of many sorts. It is usually follwed up with the proclamation of that buddy or door to door person you'd like to chase off with a ball bat being a faggot and the size designation assigned. This is usually pointed out to everybody around throughout the next 5 min. to 48 hours and specifically pointed out with great emphasis to any females encountered.
