McCafferication

A defect at birth, where throughout the period of childhood the victim loses much of their body mass, develops an inherent lisp, and has no capacity to take a joke.

Guy 1: My child is suffering from McCafferication, it's terrible!
Guy 2: Man, what do you mean, the wimpyess will make him really smart, that's great.
