Awesome person (usually girl) who is mostly right at times. They can have a short memory meaning she forgets things sometimes-also known as all-timers. She is funny, cute and so black. They seem to be very "ghetto" and chill.They are loud, like to party and they like sweet, nice guys who have choclatey brown eyes. They seem to like cubans(hispanics or blacks).
