Jalk

A deceptive form of exercise, jalking is a lazy person's jogging. The participator annouces they are "going for a jog" in order to sound impressive or athletic, but once they leave the house, lapse into a slow walk and only actually run or jog for a small percentage of the time. The name is derived from "Walking" and "Jogging"

Person 1: Hey! How was your jog!
Person 2: To tell you the truth, it was more of a jalk. I just wanted that hot new guy to think I'm in great shape.
