The degree to which something is affiliated with or resembles Japan and its culture and people. Something with a high degree of japtitude would be very Japanese.

It comes from the word, "aptitude." And originated as a sort of pun between "Jap" and "aptitude."

Pretty chill kinda guy, really smart but doesn't always know when to shut up.
Doesn't know the meaning of subtle hints.
Bit of an acquired taste but is a mate for life.
Makes great curry.
