1) Someone or something that has a very scraggly, rugged, or rough sometimes unbearable look or composure to them/it.

2) When someone acts in a bait or sketchy manner and contradicts the general consensus.

1) That fat lady is just so... HHHHHHHHUUUUUUUSK. And so is her beard. (Note: the word husk can be an adjective to both the person and the inanimate object, can also be used to define a situation)

2) Rebecca whines, "You know even though all you guys want to go smoke, I just can't support that."
