A person who is eager to get involved with a situation that have unpleasant results. And another one. And another one. And then another one.

I sent another text to the fucboi that doesn't deserve my time but he didn't answer - I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment.

Gluttony

1)Over indulgence in anything; most often associated with food. It is also the excessive wasting of food/items and with holding from those who need it. Often it leads to lack of 'living' and a 'lifeless' life, or most of the time, to death and eternal torture in hell.

Gluttony is considered one of the seven deadly sins. Each sin is associated with a 'devil' and gluttony's is Beelzebub.

2)The unintelligent homunculus in Fullmetal Alchemist/Hagaren, Gluttony falls to his stereotype by excessive eating.

Although Gluttony is one of the Seven Deadly Sins, it is not considered as dangerous as Pride.

glutton glands

Intangible glands in the human body that activate when one has a strong urge or desire for a particular food. The ideal location for such glands would be beneath the lower jaw; on the left and right sides of the Adam's Apple.

example 1: "I really don't need another double fudge brownie, however, my glutton glands are working overboard."

Gertrude: "Look at Esther!"
Pam: "I see her."
Gertrude: "She's been eyeing those apple dumplings all night!!
Pam: "It's those glutton glands, girl. They'll get you every time."

Glutton Button

The "Glutton Button" is a western derived term referring to the "top button" of ones trousers and or pantaloons. It is usually hidden by the overlap of a bulging belly after the indulgence of a very satisfying meal. Oftentimes after having ones hunger thoroughly satisfied, the button launches projectile-like from the weakening waistband. Like a blazing star, it shoots across the room looking for a glass to shatter or an eye to maim.

The button is to be undone ONLY after eating a very hearty meal. Failure to do so could result in a violent eruption of the foundation of the blue jeans one wears. If undone under any other circumstance besides the eating a great and hearty dinner, one will look very stupid and their friends will not play with them for the entirety of the evening.

I am so full. It's time I released my glutton button

Gluttonomous System

An extremely large gluttonous individual who habitually tends to do many things in excess, more specifically, indulging in fast foods or sweets on a daily basis. A Gluttonomous System can sometimes become so large that it may in fact obtain it's own gravitational pull and causing other objects with less mass to gravitate around it.

Cletus, get that bloody cheeseburger out of your mouth you're beginning to look like a Gluttonomous System!
