That feeling of crushing inadequacy and utter embarrassment that comes from opening your mouth at the wrong moment and saying the wrong thing.

Throwing rocks at another to humiliate them and inadvertently hitting yourself.

The feeling that comes with wanting the ground to open up and swallow you as you realise what a pathetic and wretched bed-wetter you actually are.
