Basicly flecktime is a way of saying 'I'll get around to it when I feel like it' or 'Sorry, I cant do it right now, but I'll do it when I can'

EXCELLENT Sega Genesis game, not a Sega Saturn game. This game has tons of replay value and is just so damn fun! You are a Flicky bird who must save his chicks while avoiding Tigers, not foxes! Get your inormation straight. And the game kicks ass!

Flicky is a uncommonly known treasure in the catalogue of classic Sega games.

A very rare last name that very few families have. It also used to be a city in Germany but was destroyed in WW2. There is only remains of the castle left, Castle Fleckenstein.

Flecktarn

I am adding to my last definition. Since no one listed the colors of the german flecktarn dark green, light green, black, red brown and green brown or tan depending on the manufacturer. Also the chinise(no i am not chinise) PLA have developed a flecktarn set that is made up of shades of brown. Flecktarn(full name flecktarnmuster) translated to german is fleck=spot or blot and tarn or tarnmuster=camouflage.

Once you go flecktarn you"ll never go back.
