One who only drinks free or bummed alcohol.

One usually becomes a fralcoholic during their second semester of college, after spending all of their money on vodka during their first semester.

Guy: What am I going to do if I run out of money?
Girl: I guess you'll have to become a fralcoholic.

Someone who pretends that they are an alcoholic to seek attention, or does not count "beer" or "wine" as real alcohol.

Amy is such a fauxcoholic, I saw her drink a Bud Light yesterday, then she said she was sober.
