One who uses a multitude of excuses (including residential relocation) to get out of spending rarely available quality time with friends.

Can also be used to express someone who constantly complains about a form of entertainment they are compulsively addicted to.

"Bill is froxiding the poker game fellas"

"Man quit being such a Froxide, you know you like The Sopranos."
