egoing is when someone hints towards something that they know that isn't common knowledge.
intentionally making you curious and usually leading them into being peer pressured to tell you. (called egoing because the people who do it usually have big egos thinking their smart for being untrusted and knowing stuff.)

"what's the gayest thing you've done? well I KNOW THE GAYEST THING calebs done." (egoing is hinting towards it.)
