Dictatorship 

A system where the government controls each aspect of life and is usually abused due to the propensity to corrupt.
Brazil was in a dictatorship in the 60s and 70s, and the economy skyrocketed due to corruption.

Dictatorship of the Proletariat 

The necessary transitionary stage between capitalism and communism in Marxist theory. A state controlled and wielded by the proletariat used to dismantle bourgeois control. Not to be confused with a normal dictatorship.
The USSR was an example of an attempted Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

Dictatorship of the Pussy 

A dating situation so lopsided that all dating decisions are made by the females of the area.
Don't get me wrong you're a kind girl, but the situation here is a dictatorship of the pussy.

theocratic dictatorship 

A government which is ruled by the combination of religious institution and dictatorial ruler(s).
In 2015, Saudi Arabia is an example of a theocratic dictatorship.

fart dictatorship 

someone utilizing farts to control a social situation.
James is the president of his own fart dictatorship when he uses his secret weapon to disperse a crowd at a movie theater (with great power comes great responsibility).

democratic dictatorship 

A form of government where the candidate is elected by popular vote but rarely or never actually enacts any policies that reflect the actual wishes of the constituency. The elected representative can either use subtle diplomacy to deflect criticsm, arrange for various forms of distraction to divert public attention, or be brazen in publicly declaring that policy will be different to popular opinion. Coined by Tim Francis in 2005.
The United States Federal Goverment's track record in regards to foreign policy and engaging military conflict could lead one to the conclusion that it has evolved into a democratic dictatorship. The same could be said for both the Federal Australian and UK governments to some extent, particularly in relation to Iraq and the Kyoto Agreement.
