A fool, empty headed, non intellectual. Often has a blank stare on their face and uses monosyllable, trivia, or nonsensical replies in conversation.

A person, especially a male, who is a self-righteous, hypocritical individual that others think highly of him or defend him in an excessive way and is actually the opposite of and inferior to being a decent man.
