Republican compromise

The act of tricking someone more powerful than you into giving you what you say you want, and then throwing said item on the ground (metaphorically or for real) and spitting in their face.

OK, so he's a neurosurgeon and completely understands the science that dead brains can't form memories and that strokes damage the nervous system in very specific, predictable ways; yet he persists in maintaining that the bible is literal truth...clearly, he must be relying on some logic-tight compartments to avoid massive confirmation bias.

Comparing answers

Code words for cheating. Often used in educational settings and always done in the 3 minutes before class.
Example 1:
*Teacher walks by 2 kids doing homework*
Teacher: Is that chapter 15 due next period?
Kids: Yea, were comparing answers to further our education and brainstorm possible class discussion questions.
Example 2:
Greg: Here, lets compare answers. Unfortunately, I got all blanks.
