An abbreviation for the term 'Cat's Face Down's Face'.
It is used to describe someone who is attractive, with feline-like features (Cat's Face), but perhaps because of this also looks a bit wrong (Down's Face).

A CFDF may be a girl/boy who appears attractive in real life, but emerges as facially challenged in photographs. It may also refer to someone who is attractive in an unconventional way.
