Canters Day

Canters Day is a United States holiday observed on the Friday before Memorial Day. Canters Day was founded in 2009 and although it holds no religious or political significance, it is celebrated by a growing number of people each year.

The official song of Canters Day is "4Day Weekend" by Bandway. The significance being that Canters Day is often used by many in congruence with Memorial Day to create a "4-day weekend".

Contrary to those trying to ascertain the origins being the holiday, Canters Day has no relationship to horses, waltzes, the city of Canterbury or anyone with the last name Canter.

emo cutters

People who cut because something is wrong or something has happened to them and they don't know how else to handle how they feel. Many of them have been abused, sexually, physically, or mentally. Some do it because they feel numb and want to feel the pain or just feel something. Others do it to punish themselves for something that they've done. The cuts range from little scratches that barely bleed to life threatening cuts or burns. Overall, its a way for someone who doesn't know what to do to express themselves.

I am an emo cutter because I feel neglected, was molested when I was very young, and when I eat (anorexia).

Emo cutters usually need to or should talk to someone about it.

Two-catter

A person who is widely known for consistently one-upping someone else during the course of conversation. It sounds like they are just trying to be conversational, but they are really bragging about how whatever you've done or have, they've done/have it more, better, grander, with cooler people, etc.

A: "I have a cat".

B: "Cool, I have two cats".

That guy, Ted, is such a two-catter.

I was telling a story and got two-catted by Ted again.

It was a good evening, but Ted kept two-catting everyone.
