Cannoli

A sex act in which a female with a yeast infection would use a spatula to scrape the cream off of her vagina and stuff the creamy concoction into a man's foreskin ( if applicable). Once the man's foreskin is filled to maximum capacity, a used tampon may be added for garnish. The cannoli is then ready to be served.

My girlfriend was very happy to provide the cream for my cannoli last night. I've never seen such generous portions. She even topped it off with a lovely edible candied tampon.
